How to shop
Once you are done with the shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking on the Shopping cart button at the top left of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "Checkout" link located in your shopping cart.

Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your shopping bag/cart by changing the number to the left of the items, and then by clicking "Update cart" button after all quantity adjustments have been made.

Thinking of removing items from your shopping handbag?
You may instead want to consider saving the items to your wish list for a future purchase. Items that you move to your wish list can later be moved back to your shopping cart, or you can send copies of your wish list to others in the hopes of making your wishes come true. Please note, items added to your wish list do not ensure later availability. (You must login to use the wish list feature). You may always login by clicking Customer Login link on the top right of any page.

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you can sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. Or if you are in a rush, you can do a quick check out. Please note, by choosing this option none of your user information will be kept in our records, and you will not be able to review your order status, nor keep track of your previous orders.

Item availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on the product you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Item images
Please do mind that all product images are real but they might slightly differ in the real leather color. Most of our products are made of top grain leather, meaning they have natural embossing on top and this can cause some image difference. All our products are logo branded, so if you wish no logo product, please discuss it with us.

Privacy & Security

The only personal details we collect about you - our valued customer are your billing and shipping address.

Without these details we can not process and deliver your purchase.

We share your shipping details ONLY with the shipping company so they can deliver the products you purchased to your front door.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties besides the shipping company.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and e-mail address.

We DO NOT STORE your credit card information. You are redirected to the page of one of our payment gateways during the checkout.

You provide this information so we can process and ship your order.

We respect your privacy by not selling and/or sharing this information to any third parties.

## Junona reserves its right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Policies at any time.
## Any changes will be posted in this document and will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we tell you otherwise.

Returns & Replacements

All refunds of the item sale price will be credited to the same credit
card or paypal account used for the original purchase.

The refund will be issued as soon as we receive your return and decide that it is in PERFECT condition.
We do not issue refunds before we receive the item back to our address.

Once again returns in less then perfect condition will not be accepted.
Such items will be sent back to the customer's address and will NOT be refunded.

You can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your
account to be credited. It could take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit
to appear on your credit card statement.

Due to the instability of the EURO and its constantly changing course we reserve our rights to change the price of any product at any time. We also reserve our rights to change the price of an already purchased item(s) before we ship it/them to the end customer. If we decide that the real price of the item is different from the price the customer already paid for a given bag(s), we reserve and have the full rights to request more money from the client before we proceed with the item shipping.

We are trying to keep our reputation and find our place in the global constantly changing market. We DO NOT DO any kind of false advertising. If we change the price of a given item it is because its price is really different or we made a mistake in our billing system. It is not a BoutiqueLine Int. practice to ask our clients for more money just like that. If it happens (this is really rare) it is because the price of the bag(s) is TOTALLY different,  or a mistake in the system has been made. By purchasing from us you agree that you will not take legal actions against Junona because of that. Moreover,  if you do not want to pay the difference in the price, the full amount you have initailly paid for your item(s) will be refunded to your account.


Junona uses National Post Service shipping carrier for each shipping option to ensure you receive your order in the proper condition. All orders are typically processed within 2 business days of order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified by our credit cart processors (PayPal). Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.

The shipping charge is a flat rate - 30 euros for all orders within Europe and all international orders. For express delivery - 50 euros.The shipping is made via national post service and delivery time can take from 7 to 28 business days! For reference, please see the above table. Every shipping is registered, so tracking number is supplied with each shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Junona is not and will not be responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please contact your local customs office for any questions regarding additional fees before placing your order with
