1. As a Customer of https://junonastore.com and if you are an individual, not an entity, you may cancel the contract (except for custom-made and MTM (made-to-measure) products) at any time within 14 calendar days starting from the day you receive the products (including tags). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you should select the product you want to return by using the respective option (the 'Return button') from the Website accessible in the 'My Account" -> 'My orders" section. The last will generate a return request to JUNONA.
2. All Items must be brand new, show no signs of wear in their original condition (including all tags and labels), and must not have been worn, altered or washed. The items must not have been used in photo shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
3. Every clothing item has a tag attached reading, "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
4. If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in-store or return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
5. Note: Credit notes issued in-store is not redeemable on online purchases.
6. Jewellery, Tights, and Hair Accessories
All purchases on cosmetics, underwear, earrings, tights, hair clips, hairbands, hair chignons, and hair pins are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons.
7. Gift Cards
Gift Cards may not be returned and are valid for three years from the date of issue. Gift Cards are valid for use on the Junona EU Online Store only.
8. For all Non-European Union Countries, you can reach out to Client Services for support with processing your return.
9. Please note that if you wish to return an item, JUNONA will not refund any internationally paid customs duties, taxes or other expenses.
Note: Customs duties and taxes are determined independently of JUNONA. We do not have control over the charges incurred. We reserve the right to deduct ANY loss in value of merchandise from the order value before refunds are processed. We recommend customers to check with local customs offices if they are not sure about customs charges in their country.
10. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, JUNONA will send you a confirmation of the return request and will give you further instructions and information.
11. If you as a Customer wish to cancel or exchange your order within the cancellation period of 14 calendar days, then you will receive a full refund of the price paid for your order within 14 days starting from the day we receive the products back from you. Please bear in mind that due to the specific nature of our products, we have the right to deduct or refuse your refund if the product was damaged, used or washed by you.
12. All unclaimed shipments are non-refundable. The courier company will dispose of the parcels after four business days. Junona reserves the right to refuse further orders from the same customer.
13. Refused shipments are refundable only if you use the original shipping method. The refund will be processed after reception and inspection. The cost for return shipping and all additional expenses, if any (customs clearance etc.), will be deducted from your refund amount.
14. Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your credit note or a refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost or other expenses) directly to the original method of payment used for the current purchase. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. The refund will be done within five business days... Please keep in mind that during the sales period, returns processing may delay and take 1-2 days longer than usual.
15. All refunds of the product sale price (delivery charges are not refundable) will be credited to the same payment source - credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within five business days after receiving the respective product from JUNONA. The term for processing the payment on the client's account may vary depending on the conditions of the respective payment institution but usually doesn't exceed 15 (fifteen) business days.
