1. As a Customer of https://junonastore.com and if you are an individual, not an entity, you may cancel a contract (except for contracts for custom-made products) at any time within 14 calendar days starting from the day after you receive the products (including tags). In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should select the product you want to return by using the respective option (the ‘Return button’) from the Website accessible in the ‘My Account” -> ‘My orders” section. The last will generate a return request to JUNONA.
2. Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. Items must not have been used in photo shoots, Instagram posts, online, commercially or for personal gain. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
3. Every clothing item shipped has a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
4. If you wish to exchange for another item or size, you can do this in-store or simply return it for a store credit or refund and purchase the new item separately.
5. Note: Credit notes issued in-store are not redeemable on online purchases.
6. Jewellery, Tights, and Hair Accessories
All purchases on cosmetics, underwear, earrings, tights, hair clips, hairbands, hair chignons, and hair pins are final sale. We will not accept returns on these items due to hygiene reasons.
7. Gift Cards
Gift Cards may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Cards are valid for use on the Junona EU Online Store
8. For all Non-European Union Countries, you can reach out to Client Services for support with processing your return.
9. Should you wish to return an item, JUNONA do not refund international paid duties and taxes.
10. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, JUNONA will send back to you a confirmation of the return request received and will give you instructions and further information for further actions.
11. If you as a Customer wish to cancel or exchange your order within the cancellation period of 14 calendar days, then you will receive a full refund of the price paid for your order within 14 days starting from the day we receive the products back from you. Please bear in mind that due to the specific nature of our products, we have the right to deduct or refuse your refund in case the product was damaged, used or washed by you.
12. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your credit note or a refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 5 business days of receiving your return. During sale periods returns processing may take 1-2 days longer.
13. All refunds of the product sale price (delivery charges are not refundable) will be credited to the same credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase within 5 business days after receiving the respective product from JUNONA. The term for processing the payment on the client's account may vary depending on the conditions of the respective payment institution but usually doesn’t exceed 15 (fifteen) business days.
